I’m always surprised how comfy a kilt is in the hills, high winds and rain aren’t the best environment for it but otherwise it’s great.
I’ve torn every pair of winter trousers I’ve ever had on my crampons, the kilt? Not once.
Paramo haven’t got back to me yet about making me a waterproof one, I’m sure they’re still working on how to do the tartan.
